Tulsa

We are retiring Tulsa from breeding. She is 60 pounds of desire. She is by far the most obedient and affectionate dog we own. She has a beautiful blockhead and a thick wavy black coat. Tulsa's hips are rated OFA-GOOD.

To be covered by the guarantee the following conditions must be met:

·   The puppy must be examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hrs. of ownership.
·   The dog must not have been sold or given away.
·   The dog must not have sired or whelped a litter.
·   The dog has not been injured in a way that could cause improper hip development or alignment or eye problems associated with an injury

If you suspect either hip dysplasia or retinal eye problems, you should follow this procedure:

·   The dog must be at least 24 months but not more than 36 months of age.
·   Notify us by telephone, letter, or e-mail within 21 working days of the OFA or CERF notification. Include copies of all documentation concerning the results.
·   Mail the results to our Veterinarian: Bullard Veterinary Medical Center, Dr. John Alexander, 405 Hwy. 69 N., Bullard, TX 75757 903-894-5950
·   Proof of spaying or neutering the dog signed by a licensed Veterinarian must be sent to us.
Any puppy covered by this guarantee that is found to have hip dysplasia or retinal eye problems will be given a replacement puppy of a comparable breeding at the discretion of Mudcreek Labradoodles.

We will notify you once your application is completed and approved. Please note that your application is not complete until we have received both your application and your deposit. We will add you to the wait list once we have a completed application. This will secure your spot on the waiting list.

Your deposit will be applied to your purchase price. If we are unable to provide you with a puppy that meets your criteria within 12 months of receipt of your deposit we will refund it in full.
